Welcome to Blake's on the Bluff! Spectacular Lake Michigan views are only the beginning. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home has everything needed to create the perfect getaway. Your stay at Blake's on the Bluff is sure to be a memorable vacation. The large outdoor space includes a viewing deck at the end of the private drive, a hot tub, a fire pit, and a patio with a gas grill and plenty of seating. The Lake Michigan scenery from the viewing deck is absolutely magical. Bring your morning cup of coffee to the deck to enjoy the sound of the waves and the picturesque view of the lake. Be sure to catch a Lake Michigan sunset at the deck, it is truly a one of a kind experience. The viewing deck sits on the bluff's edge, the house and patio sit approximately 150 yards off of the bluff. The experience doesn't end when the sun goes down, the night sky and sound of the waves can be enjoyed from the hot tub, patio, or around the fire. Enjoy the patio and backyard with Lake Michigan's sparkling blue water as your backdrop.

The Space:

The captivating Lake Michigan views from the breezeway, kitchen, dining area, and primary bedroom offer a welcoming space for you to relax and enjoy.

Breezeway:
The breezeway offers seating, a TV with Roku, and a desk right by the window with lovely lake views.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and a large pantry cupboard to store all of your groceries. It is fully stocked, including a Keurig duo, crockpot, blender, and toaster. The kitchen table has seating for 6 and 2 bar stools at the adjacent kitchen counter.

Living Room:
The living room is very cozy, with 2 comfortable couches, a TV with roku, board games, and books for guests to enjoy.

Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom has a king size bed and views of Lake Michigan!
The secondary bedroom has a queen bed.
The third bedroom has two single beds.
Each bedroom has a closet, built in drawers, box fan, sound machine, and extra pillows and blankets available for use.

Bathrooms:
The full bathroom has a double vanity and a shower/tub.
The half bathroom provides a toilet and sink.

Extras:
The garage has a ping pong table, seating area, beach chairs, coolers, and beach supplies for you to use and enjoy.
There is a small stackable washer and dryer for guest use.
Portable crib and highchair are available upon request.
High speed internet is included.

Blake's on the Bluff is conveniently located 90 minutes from Chicago, 80 minutes from Grand Rapids, and less than 60 minutes from Kalamazoo! Guests at Blake's on the Bluff will have access to the entire 1800sq ft main floor of the home. There are 4 private parking spaces offered on site. There are free EV charging stations less than a half a mile from the house. Guests will also enjoy keyless entry into the home.

Blake's on The Bluff is located on a private lane, just off the main road that will lead you to all of the beach town attractions (ice cream shops, beaches, sand dunes, wineries, rooftop dining, Harbor Shores Golf Course) in just minutes.

There's so much to enjoy at Blake's on the Bluff, and even more nearby! Downtown St. Joe is less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Silver beach is 5 minutes away, complete with The Whirlpool Compass Fountain (splash pad) , sand dunes to enjoy, and award winning Silver Beach Pizza. Jean Klock Park, Tiscornia Park, Rocky Gap Beach, and Hager Park are all beaches within 5 minutes of Blake's on the Bluff. Harbor Shores Golf Course is also less than 5 minutes down the road. There's a great selection of restaurants nearby, including many with a rooftop or patio to enjoy lake or river views while you dine. St. Joe has ice cream shops, breweries, coffee shops, and more! We are located right off of the Lake Shore Wine Trail. You can expect a virtual welcome book that includes all of our local suggestions once you book your stay!

At this time no beach access is available at Blake's on the Bluff, however there are 5 beaches to choose from within minutes of the house. The viewing deck at the end of the private drive at Blake's on the Bluff is a shared amenity with the neighboring two property owners.
