About this property

Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and shade from the trees on the screened in porch of this storybook cottage. Located on the ocean side of Emerald Isle, minutes to the nearest beach access, and some of Emerald Isle's best shops and restaurants. If you don't feel like walking 5 minutes to the beach, hop on a bike and be at the beach in less than 2 minutes. Home has been completely renovated including gorgeous gourmet kitchen and master bath, along with a fabulous game room complete with ping pong, giant sectional, and 55” tv. This home was designed for comfort and relaxation with plenty of room to spread out after a long day of sand and surf.

Main level includes an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room as well as the master bedroom and bathroom. Double sliding glass doors open onto the screened porch. Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. One with a king bed and private deck. The other has a full size bed and a twin/twin bunk bed. There is an updated bathroom with walk in shower in between the bedrooms. The main house sleeps 8. The lower level has a game room with ping pong table, 55 inch tv, giant couch for lounging, full bathroom, and fun little sleeping nook with 2 twin beds. Laundry room also on this level. Please note, this space has a separate entrance from the rest of the house. It is perfect for older kids or young adults. This level also has it's own heating/ac system. Spacious outdoor shower and picnic table located in the back yard.

Other nearby activities include neighborhood play ground, Emerald Isle Woods Park, Bike/Walking Path, go-carts, mini-golf, ice cream, wine shop, and so much more.

Long weekend vacation

Loved the location and shade trees. Golf cart beach access was a treat. Make’s staying off the beach a lot better. We will be back.

Fantastic

My husband and I stayed here with another friend couple and had a fantastic stay. Place was clean, plenty large, decently updated, and had everything needed for a week-long beach vacation. Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of towels, everything necessary for the beach. While too far to comfortably walk with gear to the beach, the golf cart made it quick, easy, and incredibly convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place at the Beach

We really enjoyed our trip to Emerald Isle and this house. It is recently updated with wonderful amenities, including a golf cart. The golf cart made it really easy to run back-and-forth to the beach. We loved having a screened in porch to relax on in the evening and enjoyed the woodsy island setting. The extra space on the ground floor was perfect for our teens to use as a hangout spot. This house is great for a group with older kids. We would definitely consider this house for another trip to Emerald Isle!

Emerald Isle Gem

Wonderful first trip to EI, but definitely won’t be our last! House was beautiful, plenty of room, and clean. The golf cart was a great perk! Will be back gain !!

Great Stay!

We had a fabulous time with two families, 4 adults and 4 kids! House was really close to the beach but the golf cart made it so easy!! So close to restaurants and shops and everything was neat and clean! Communication with owner was top notch and they are super nice and accommodating!

Why they chose this property

My family loves coming to Emerald Isle. It is a beautiful area on the Crystal Coast of NC. There are so many activities nearby. From the beautiful ocean perfect for swimming or just relaxing on the beach to the breathtaking sound for kayaking or boating. You can easily rent all sorts of water craft in the area. I highly recommend kayaking to shark tooth island or the nearby nature preserves. The quaint towns of Swansboro and Beaufort are just a short drive as well. Or you never even have to leave the island as there are plenty of shops, restaurants, even mini-golf to keep you entertained. This home is just perfect for us because it is a close walk to the beach although we love driving the golf cart because it's just more fun and convenient. There is a bike path right outside the neighborhood that connects us to all of Emerald Isle's shops and restaurants. We even provide bikes. Enjoy your stay!
