And on the upper level, the rooftop with full equipped modern outdoor kitchen and fantastic views of the city, the ocean and the harbor. Great for chilling and lounging. Guests park on the premises, private parking. The penthouse is fully private including the rooftop…so no sharing of spaces with neighbors. You can always contact me for questions you may have. I will be available when needed. You will find the finest restaurants in the area of Pietermaai. All the city vibe outings and must sees are walking distance from your apt. The area is rather safe and it has an incredible cozy atmosphere with friendly locals living all around the hip area. Parking is free and is private. You can rent the car of the Apt. at your convenience to travel and see other island landmarks, dispersed beaches, museums, and other hotspots. Mostly our guests want to move around the island to visit landmarks, beaches, and more. So, we have a nice deal of a rental car that comes at special rates for our guests. Book the car as well to enjoy these great rates.
