A first floor end unit with a direct balcony viewing the beautiful water & sand of Mexico Beach is what you will wake up to every morning. Splash in the community pool & take advantage of the covered parking area.

We are private owners and our goal is to make sure you feel at home, no matter how much time you spend in our condo. Don't worry about bringing anything but yourself and a plan to relax. Our condo features 3 bedrooms & 2 FULL baths and has EVERYTHING for inside comfort as well as beach items to help our guests with having to pack and haul things that our condo provides.

Walk into a stunning, open & airy space that provides a beautiful balcony view of the water and sand of Mexico Beach. The kitchen and dining area is completely open to the living area. New stainless steel appliances, new granite countertops and anything you will need to cook a gourmet meal. We have a lobster pot, high end pots and pans, Crockpot, and several other kitchen appliances and utensils that are hard to find in a typical rental. All linens, including beach towels are provided as well as extra sheets. We also have a new pak-n-play crib for the little ones if needed.

** By booking our condo, you agree to the following damage/repair/replacement fees assessed after your departure: Unfortunately, things do happen, but we expect our guests to immediately let us know.

We have established the following fee schedule in the event the event that damage occurs or when items have been determined to be missing, Inventory is taken by cleaning personnel after each departure and payment is requested from our guests within 5 days.

* Damage to property including walls, floors, furniture and/or appliances - up to $500
* Removal of personal property belonging to "Home Beach Home" - up to $300 depending on the item(s)
* Replacement for broken items not reported before checkout - $30
* Not following check out guidelines regarding linens, towels, kitchen, etc. - $50
