The Space:
Both a signed rental agreement and credit card authorization & incidentals agreement are required to check-in.

This ocean-side 516 Sq Ft executive suite has been newly remodeled and refurnished with hard-wood flooring throughout the entire unit, a brand new L-shaped sleeper sofa in the living room with AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS (great for movie nights & an additional guest) and a large flat-screen TV with *ALL THE VIEWING CHANNELS*.

The floor plan is an open-floor plan with stylish granite countertops in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a wrap-around open breakfast bar perfect for meals and hosting!

The Master bedroom has a large, comfortable Queen bed with a memory foam mattress, beveled mirror closet doors, and its own Flat-Screen TV for those that love watching movies from the comfort of their bed.

The Executive Suite provides you your own large private balcony, facing west, with views of the pool, marine life, and incredible sunsets over the bay! Every night will provide unbelievable picture opportunities.

Before every stay the unit receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING that has been even more enhanced over the past years. This includes washing & replacing ALL towels / sheets / linens, vacuuming and swiffering every inch, cleaning and restocking the kitchen, and sanitizing the entire bathroom floor to ceiling.

Complimentary FREE wi-fi and FREE parking is provided as well.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.

As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to bayside heated pool and large sun deck, a beautiful fishing pier, bonfire pit, ocean-side grills, outdoor fitness area, full-sized beach volleyball court, 24/7 security, 24/7 front-desk with a guest store (snacks, quick meals, fresh coffee, wine & beer) and helpful business center. There's also a business/meeting room available upon request. The resort also has a poolside bar &grill serving a blend of Mexican, American and seafood appetizers and entrees along with a full cocktail list and LIVE MUSIC!

The Neighborhood:
Rocky Point is right on the Tampa Bay and pressed up against Downtown Tampa! Our immediate neighborhood is mostly hotels, small bars, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and some brunch spots. Just around the corner is the bridge over to St. Petersburg (and Clearwater). Right before the bridge, and about a 10-15 minute walk, is Whiskey Joes, a very popular and large indoor & outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music and screens. Alongside the water is a large public beach with plenty of parking.

- Uber / Lyft is readily available in the area if you'd like to checkout downtown!

As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages. While required, it's only a small nightly fee of $5.50 for peace of mind and extra protection so you can truly sit back and relax!
