Come and enjoy are newly remodeled apartment in the heart of Tampa. We are located in the trendy Seminole Heights neighborhood and just minutes from downtown. Apartment provides lots of privacy and security with a gated courtyard entry. Our historic building was built in early 1920's with lots of modern upgrades. The apartment is loaded with amenities perfect for long or short term stays. Courtyard has a grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Ample parking on both sides of building and have video surveillance. Why they chose this property
My father bought this property in the early 80's. Our family business is located in the front portion of the property. The apartments in the back of the building were for many years long term rentals. We have meticulously renovated the entire building inside and outside. They are now all being used as vacation rentals. The building has a lot of historic significance being built in the early 1920's.
