Sleeps 7, Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, vacation rental home with hot tub, AC, heat, Wi-Fi and cable TV included. Home is located a few lots away from the inter-coastal and is fully furnished and fully applianced including washer, dryer, and outdoor grill.

All linens are included, as well as beach towels.

Home has a kitchen, dining, living, and screened in patio. Master bedroom, with private master bath, has a queen size bed and has cable TV, second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin. 1 of the couches in the living room has a full size pull-out.

Home is walking distance to a playground, Walgreens, some wonderful restaurants, a Finnish bakery, and tennis courts. We are 1 mile to the ocean and beaches with restaurants, parking, shops, etc. House has 3 parking spots for use under a covered carport and on the driveway, and parking is allowed on the street. Two hours to Disney, Epcot and Seaworld. Twenty minutes to West Palm and 1 hour to Miami. 15 Minutes from West Palm airport. Many local attractions.

Prior to departure please ensure that the dishwasher has been run off, and if possible please start a load of towels, as the housekeepers have limited time between guests, and this will assist them as they turn-over the home. If there have been any dishes, etc taken into the yard please return them to the home. If you are departing prior to trash pick-up on Tuesday or Friday please put the trash bin at the end of the driveway.
