This beautiful holiday home, surrounded by nature, is located in the small village of Katun and not far from Pore. The comfortable interiors are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. You can refresh yourself in the attractive pool or simply relax with your favourite book on the pool terrace. Approximately the last 30 metres of the path are unpaved. The surrounding area is ideal for walking and cycling. We also recommend trying the local gastronomic offer. Visit the town of Pore with its rich cultural heritage and numerous entertainment options.

Insgesamt gut aber an der einen oder anderen Stelle verbesserungswürdig. Große Bäder keine Ablageflächen. Für 2 Personen zu wenig Schrank. Fehlende Klimaanlage in dem einen Zimmer.Falsche Töpfe für den Gasherd.

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Die Vermieter sind zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und außerordentlich nett (die haben uns mit Wein und Selbstgebackenen verwöhnt).Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn ist es absolut ruhig gelegen. Für uns war die Lage unschlagbar, alles erreicht man sehr schnell. Ein Plodine zum Einkaufen liegt ca. 6 Minuten entfernt.Die Terrasse war für mich ein absoluter Traum: überdacht und trotz der Hitze konnte man dort bequem sitzen und lesen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Die Betten sind bequem. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden: Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Gasherd. Im Kühlschrank war vom Vermieter Wasser, Bier, Orangensaft hinterlegt. Vor dem Haus sind 2 überdachte Stellplätze fürs Auto.Es sind 4 Klimaanlagen vorhanden. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat keine, daher war das etwas warm.Alles in allem: ein perfektes Haus mit perfekten Vermietern.

Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub in Katun. Das Haus war genauso wie beworben. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir wurden in der gesamten Zeit sehr gut betreut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen. Ist für Familien mit Kindern wunderbar. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Perfekter Urlaub im perfekten Haus

Wir waren im Sommer 2024 in diesem Haus und sind immer noch total begeistert. Super nette Vermieter, sehr sauber und eine wunderschöne Terasse mit Pool. An diesem Haus gib es nichts zu meckern und war für uns perfekt. Völlig verdiente 5 Sterne.

… wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und es hat alles sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig geklappt. Sehr liebe Vermieter, die einem sofort das Gefühl von Urlaub vermitteln. Der Pool mit der Außenterasse ist ein Träumchen! Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
