The space:
This glamorous 2-bedroom loft style home offers all that you can imagine like a blue tooth vent fan/speaker, illuminated vanity mirror, smart electrical switches, & LED lighting throughout the home. There is also an outlet for electric vehicle charger at the carport. Come enjoy the city at it's best with comfy home executive living!

Jacuzzi must be reserved 24hrs in advance.

House rules. Please make sure to READ the House Manual and the ENTIRE listing. Most of your questions about the unit are often answered there.

Private Jacuzzi must be reserved in advance for an additional fee of $100

NO PARTIES, LOUD NOISE/MUSIC, events, or gatherings. Violators will be charged a $500 fee and removed from the property with no refund.

NO SMOKING (This is a NON-smoking house) Smoking is NOT permitted on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, guests will be charged a $250 smoking fee.

All security cameras are located on the outside of the home. There are no cameras on the inside.

Do not break anything. If any damage occurs notify the host immediately. Any damage to the unit, broken, or missing items
discovered after your stay will be charged to the guests to fix or replace.

Early check in: Check in begins at 4pm but you are more than welcome to request early
check in. We will be able to
provide it based on availability for a $30 fee. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late check out: Check out is at 11am. To allow enough time for proper sanitization for incoming guest, you must check out on time. Any unauthorized late check outs that disrupts the cleaners access to the unit will be charged a $50 late fee. If you would like a later check out time please ask the host.
