Our cozy, modern and quiet apartment with barrier-free access and walk-in shower is located in the state-approved resort of Steimel. Located near the forest and in the immediate vicinity of the 'Puderbacher Land' cycle path, you will find peace and relaxation here.
In the village and within walking distance there is a butcher's shop with everyday necessities, a doctor's office and an Italian restaurant. More shops can be reached in about 5 minutes driving distance.
Koblenz, Bonn and Cologne as well as the Rhine and Mosel can also be reached quickly and easily via the motorway, which is only 15 minutes away.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people (3 single beds in the bedroom + 1 sofa bed in the living room).

    We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Steimel from February 1st to 10th. Right from the start, the place felt incredibly warm and cozy—the perfect retreat for a winter trip.The apartment was spotless and impressively functional; it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. A huge plus is the location: there is a fantastic pizza place just a 4-minute walk away, which was a real highlight for us!Communication with the host was seamless—she was friendly, uncomplicated, and very quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay. Thank you for the great hospitality!

    Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der sehr günstig gelegenen Ferienwohnung mit einem wunderschönen Blick in die Landschaft. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auch in Ordnung. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.

    Es war soweit fasst alles in Ordnung ausser das es Nachts ein bisschen zu kalt war da die Heitzung sich früh am Abend ausgestellt hat. barrierefreit war auch gegeben alle gut erreichbar idial für Rohlstuhlfahrer.

    Schöner Kurztrip

    Die Schlüsselübergabe war auf Grund des Schlüsseltresors einfach und bequem. Außerdem ermöglicht das eine unkomplizierte Anreise und keine Bindung an Zeiten. Dafür ein großes Plus. Leider fanden wir es etwas kühl und die Heizung wurde nicht richtig warm. Die Wohnung war sauber und für uns ausreichend.

    Großartige Ferienwohnung und super nette Vermieter.

    Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Es ist alles da, was man sich nur wünscht. Besonders toll fand ich, obwohl ich keine Rollstuhlfahrin bin, die Barrierefreiheit. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Ich kann Wohnung und Vermieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme selbst gerne wieder.
