Just 1 km outside Monte San Savino lies this stately vacation home with pool on a small hill. On the first floor you will find a spacious, even in summer pleasantly cool living area with dining room, fireplace, bathroom and a rustic summer kitchen with pizza oven. A wide stone staircase leads over the loggia to the 1st floor: First you enter the large living-dining room with open fireplace, with adjoining modern kitchen; further you reach from here 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A (steep!) staircase leads to the upper floor, where you reach the 4th bedroom and the bathroom via a small salon with sofa bed.
In front of the house there is a shady terrace seating area with barbecue; the pool area is behind the house, with level access also directly from the cottage. The special feature of this vacation home is the spacious park and natural grounds with a small pine grove, its own spring, olive groves and fruit tree meadow, with various seating areas and an area for ball games (badminton, volley, bocce). The gatekeeper lives in an outbuilding with separate access.
You can also easily reach on foot the nice town of Monte San Savino, where you will find various bars, good restaurants and gelaterias ? for passionate city wanderers there are also Arezzo (20km, also by train), Cortona 30km, Siena 50km and Florence 80km. To the warm thermal baths of Rapolano Terme it is about 25km; to Lago Trasimeno 35km. Monte San Savino has a rich offer of cultural events in summer, especially concerts in the rose garden; Wednesdays there is colorful life in the market. Unpaved access road 200m.
