The most desirable area to be at in El Paso, close to shopping, freeway, parks and golf. The home has a huge pool, is updated, safe and clean, ready for those overnight travelers, families or long-term stays. The backyard is open and relaxing!

Please also note a few items.

1) There are two other independent dwellings sitting on the property (garage apartment and backyard apartment).
The back apartment has a window facing toward the backyard and you might see other guests in the parking lot or walking toward the back apartment. Other than that the home is completely independent.

2)Pool Use- The pool is a shared space with the other 2 independent dwellings. We would possibly be open for a charge to close it privately if there are no other reservations in place

- There is a vacuum on the pool and so there is a cord that needs to be connected.

3) Quiet time is at 9 pm to 9am

3) LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and dryer can be used from 9 am to 9 pm. The laundry area is a shared space so another apt maybe using it. We will need the washer and dryer at times to wash the sheets from the other apartments, but we will communicate that with you.

4.) When outside, keep the screen door closed, or if ac is on keep the glass door closed.
