Perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The resort’s amenities are fantastic, and the condo is perfect with a great view of the beach (watching the sunrise was each morning was the best!). The host was very responsive, and the place had everything we needed (including beach chair and boogie board. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Oceanwalk wyndham has always been my favorite, this is the first time that i have ever stayed in the south tower, it was a little different but still enjoyed the resort experience. Will continue staying at Ocean Walk Wyndham

The room was very nice. Everything was good, but there were a few shortcomings. Ice maker did not work. You had bugs in the tub drain, they were all around the bathroom. And the bathroom sink was plugged up. Other than those things, we had a great time. Nice place.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The condo was wonderful and we had a great view of the ocean. We had an issue with the hot water on arrival, but Cindy had it taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks for a great vaca. I’d stay there again in the future.

Over all stay was good. The property overall was fine. It could use a little sprucing up. We had a couple of small issues but they were promptly taken care of by the property manager. Our first VRBO visit was with Patty G. in Panama City and we are maybe a little spoiled with our expectations

issues noted when we entered condo. Missing outlet cover, smoke detector taped up, frig not cold, ice maker not producing ice. Notified property mgr who had maintenance respond promptly and all issues were resolved. Enjoyed our stay.

Information

Communication with questions with the property manager responses were one liners. Did not receive Wi-Fi information or check out information. Even though I booked with VRBO I was receiving communications about the property through Bookerville which was confusing since I had no knowledge or intreaction with them when I booked. Other than that the location was great and the Room.

I am sorry that you did not understand that all the emails coming from Bookerville were from the owner of the condo giving you information and instructions. Keep in mind that VRBO is the middle man in the rentals business and once any rental is booked it is up to the guest and the owner or property manager to comminate with each other. I did my part. Bookerville is my software and once you received more then a few emails from them you should of opened and read them Sorry for the confusion. WIFI information was on the bottom of the modem. If you couldn't find it why didn't you reach out to me? You failed to mention the beautiful updated condo ( ocean front ) you stayed in. New tile through out, new kitchen, new Courion countertops. Some people only look at one side of the box!
