The country house in Felanitx has 5 tastefully furnished bedrooms and a capacity for 10 people. Four of the bedrooms have a double bed while one is equipped with two separately single beds. In addition, there are, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room.

There is an outdoor BBQ area, where you can enjoy your evenings with friends. It has a beautiful, large pool with nice views over the garden. This house with a beautiful character is suitable for families traveling together.

Located 4 km from Cas Concos it has a beautiful and tranquil environment. But we do recommend a rental car to enjoy Mallorca to its fullest.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, private swimming pool, open-air parking in the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: English, German), radio.
In the gas open plan kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency to cover risks up to 5.000€ on the object. According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged.
