ASK ME ABOUT DISCOUNTS ON STAYS 5 DAYS OR LONGER! Wake up refreshed and step outside to see the sun rise over the lake! The whole family will enjoy this spacious home with lots of room for fun. With 2 living areas, 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms- this home is ready for you to make memories in! Designated “kids” room with arcade games and more. If that is not enough room, we also own the home next door that sleeps 10-12 so there is potential to rent both houses! Subdivision has a pool, park, basketball court and marina. The Wave restaurant is down the road, has cabanas to relax and eat under, swimming pool and is right on the lake!

Amazing stay!!!

The house and set up was perfect!!! We had an event there for my new grandbaby it was a sip and see and there was plenty of space to move around and enjoy each other’s company in all the areas of the house and covered porches I would definitely use it again for another event!!

Greatest weekend ever!!!

My wife and I spent the weekend hosting a series of events to go along with our wedding in Conroe. We rented this house and the one right next door and had family and friends dropping in over the entire weekend for fireside chats, video game and other competitions, hung piñatas for a birthday celebration of two of the attendees. karaoke, dancing, dining and capped it off with a cruise of the lake just a block away. If you have a family get together or want to host an event with several other couples, you HAVE to book this place. It was the greatest weekend ever!!! Thank you to our gracious hosts for all your efforts to provide a lovely setting for our celebration.

Amazing Place

It literally had everything. The owners were great to work with and the house is well stocked, perfect neighborhood. We will be back again. Thank you for being amazing

Your host

Hi! My husband and I have four kids and LOVE going to Lake Conroe. All of our kids enjoy going out in the water and tubing, boating, wakeboarding, fishing and anything else you can think of that involves water. We started buying homes in Conroe, fixing them up and selling shortly after. We quickly realized we should keep the properties and rent them out to give other people the opportunity to experience Lake Conroe.

Why they chose this property

This home is SO close to the water! Only a 30 second drive down to the neighborhood Marina. We love this home because of all the space it has and because we have a "designated" kid room that all of our kiddos can go up and hang out in. Bunk beds, board games, arcade games, toys etc.
