•No shoes inside the property
•No smoking inside of ANY KIND
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
•No extra/overnight guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No mail delivered here
•No moving/rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)
•No tampering with any security devices, cameras, or internet routers ($500 fee)
•No pre-check-in Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No pets
•No disrespecting/disturbing neighbors
•No loud noise or music past 10 pm
10am is Check out time.

We provide our guests with contactless self-check-in with access to the entire house. For parking, feel free to park in either the garage, driveway, or street (6ft from the mailbox).
