Disappointing Accommodations!
Unfortunately, what was advertised fell far shortly of what was actual reality. The following is a list of issues that we found after moving into the house:
• All the kitchen cabinets including the island and pantry were over filled with no space to store food items.
• The kitchen fridge ice maker was not working and the replace water filter light was on.
• The undermount cabinet lighting was not working.
• There was no dishwasher in the house, the lazy Susan was broken and not usable.
• The sponges left in the kitchen to wash dishes were old, dirty, and unsanitary.
• The kitchen garburator stopped working on day 5.
• The wrought iron railing to the stairs was loose when holding on to the railing to go up and down the stairs and presented a major dangerous hazard.
• The cinema media room was not working.
• Two of the kitchen chairs legs were wobbly and loose as the screws to the legs.
• The pool was not working and was full of leaves and the gates were bolted shut.
• One-half of the outdoor kitchen bar area was not working.
• The outdoor TV did not work.
The homeowners were misleading how they advertised the home and amenities. They were very dismissive and at no time apologized for all the inconveniences.
I am requesting a 50% refund for all the issues and inconveniences that we had to incur during our stay.
