The house is accessible by 102 steps. From the large outdoor area in front of the house, two terraces and a pergola you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and the impressive panoramic view. On the second floor is a large terrace with beautiful views, where you can have a leisurely breakfast. A bathroom with hydromassage shower and one with hydromassage bathtub invite you to relax after your excursions. From the house, along the paths that lead to the historic center of Sestri Levante, you can discover the narrow charming streets of this small town. About 50 km away is Genoa with its famous aquarium and historic center with characteristic alleys; Portofino at 35 km offers a natural park (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the charming villages of Cinque Terre are about 40 km away. Nearby are tennis clubs, farms, playgrounds, riding stables, mountain bike trails, boats to the Cinque Terre and Portofino and the possibility to practice many water sports such as diving, windsurfing, fishing, snorkeling. Various services can be arranged (for a fee): House cook, use of swimming pool and SPA in the hotel by the owner of the vacation home, agreements with two restaurants (one is in Baia del Silenzio) and take-away, excursions by sailboat and yacht. On request and for a fee, the following additional services are available: family excursions with tastings in Genoa, excursions to Cinque Terre, Riviera di Levante, Portofino and San Fruttuoso, urban trekking in Genoa or naturalistic excursions to Cinque Terre and Portofino, excursions to Noli and Finalborgo, horseback riding, boat excursions, food personal shopper, private transfer, motorboat and dinghy rental, car rental or private driver.
