"Helgoland-Huus" is in the heart of Leak!

From here you can plan day trips in all directions:
Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Denmark (here for example the beach of Rømø), North & Baltic Sea are just as easy to reach
such as the "gray city by the sea" Husum, Friedrichstadt with its canal cruises and the Emil Nolde Museum in Seebüll.

The cozy, completely renovated and modern 3-room apartment (70 sqm) is located in the 1st. Floor of a family house.

The tasteful bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (180cm x 200cm), a built-in wardrobe
and a dressing mirror set up.

In the cozy living room with comfortable, pull-out sofa is also a dining area with 5 seats.

In the 2. Stock (Loft) welcomes you to a clean workstation that comes with a Windows 10 PC and an additional, large work desk
several seats is easy to use.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all,
What you need for cooking and for self catering.
Here you will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The very large bathroom has a corner bath, shower, hairdryer and towel radiator.

Internet connection with W-Lan, Smart LED TV, music system with CD, Bluetooth & connectivity for MP3 player / USB stick
are of course available.

Two bicycles belong to the apartment as well as the garden use including barbecue facilities and a parking space (carport)
directly at the house.

A set of bed linen and a set of towels (guest towel / towel / bath towel) are included.

Pets are out of consideration for our guests with allergies not allowed.

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Vermieter hatte sogar für eine Grundausstattung an Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank gesorgt. Das war für uns sehr gut, da wir aufgrund von Stau eine längere Anreise hatten und wir dadurch erst einen Tag später einkaufen mussten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zur Stadtmitte, wo sich Nahversorger, Restaurants, Cafés und auch ein Drogeriemarkt befindet. der Vermieter hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für seine Gäste und seine Telefonnummer wurde sogar nochmals in der Wohnung an einer Tafel notiert. Zwei Klappfahrräder stehen den Gästen zur freien Verfügung. Ein Angebot, was wir auch gerne in Anspruch genommen haben. Mit dem Auto ist man auch umgehend in Tønder oder Rømø (Dänemark) Wir wären gerne noch zwei Tage länger geblieben, aber leider war die Wohnung schon erneut vermietet. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr sympatischer Gastgeber

Liebevoll eingerichtete Fewo, in der man auch Regentage gut überstehen kann (nur auf dem Sofa pieksen die Federn an manchen Stellen). Idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Radtouren.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die FeWo ist in einem perfekten Zustand. Der Vermieter hatte uns sogar den Kühlschrank mit Wurst, Käse und Getränken befüllt. Ebenfalls Brot und Obst stand für uns zur Verfügung.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Leck sind, auch zu Fuß, schnell zu erreichen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Buchung, Anreise/check-in und Aufenthalt perfekt:Top-Kommunikation mit unserem Traum-Vermieter;perfekt eingerichtete, perfekt saubere Wohnung es fehlt an nichts (die Spülmaschine haben wir zu keiner Zeit vermißt!);viel Platz auch für eine nicht zu große Familie;für uns gab es sogar einen Stellplatz, aber am Haus gibt es auch genügend Parkmöglichkeiten;sogar eine Ladestation für e-Autos ist in 3 Minuten Fußweg-Entfernung vorhanden:wir möchten gerne wieder unsere Ferien hier verbringen :-)

Wir haben uns von Anbeginn in der sehr gepflegten und geschmackvoll eingereichteten Fewo wohlgefühlt. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Angenehme, gut ausgestattete Wohnung im 1. OG eines früheren Einfamilienhauses, jetzt mit separatem Eingang. Diskrete, angenehme Mieter. Alles war perfekt und entsprach dem Inserat. Eine nah gelegene Durchfahrtstrasse nimmt dem Ort die Ruhe, die sonst perfekt wäre. Das ist unser einziger relativer Negativpunkt, alles andere war ausgezeichnet!

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet so wie im Inserat beschrieben.Das Bett ist sehr bequem,das Gesamtpaket hat uns gefallen so das man gerne wiederkommen möchte.Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln, hatten wir so noch nicht gesehen, echt Klasse.

Sehr guter, gepflegter Zustand und Ausstattung der FeWo. Bei Ankunft war sogar ein kleiner Vorrat an Brot, Aufschnitt, Käse, Obst und Getränken für uns vorhanden. Der Ortskern ist fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermieter Ole ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hatte auch gute Tipps für Ausflugsziele und Restaurants für uns. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Geheimtipp zwischen Flensburg und Sylt

Wir haben bei Ole eine wunderschöne Woche "zwischen den Tagen" verbracht. Alles haben wir genauso gut wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Vor allem aber treffen die vielen sehr positiven Bewertungen den Nagel auf den Kopf. Daher schließen wir uns dem gerne an: Ole sorgt dafür, dass man sich von der Ankunft an bestens versorgt und wie zuhause fühlt... vielen lieben Dank! Zudem ist Leck wirklich super gelegen, um den höchsten Norden Deutschlands zwischen Nord- und Ostsee zu erkunden oder auch einen Abstecher nach Dänemark zu machen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns in der Obhut von Ole Gräf sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war eigentlich mehr als 'nur' eine Ferienwohnung. Allein dafür zu sorgen, dass nach Ankunft der Gäste alles für eine gute erste Mahlzeit vorhanden ist, war für uns ein Novum. Sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in Schleswig-Holstein planen, dann nur bei Ole in Leck! Michael und Barbara
