The living room features a large flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and views of the private fenced backyard and patio.
ENSUITE BEDROOM
The primary bedroom features a plush queen bed, large walk-in closet, seating area, and dresser.
The ensuite bathroom includes a double sink vanity and a large glass walk-in shower.

This sunny bedroom features a queen bed, hardwood floors, dresser, full closet, and flat-screen TV.

PARKING
Due to HOA rules, a maximum of two vehicles are allowed in the driveway, including golf carts.
The garage cannot accommodate vehicles.
A small overflow parking lot is located just outside the gate within walking distance.
No parking on the street or grass. Violations may result in a $250 fine and towing at the guest’s expense.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
Primary renter must be 30 years or older
No pets allowed
No parties or events
Limited check-in assistance is available after 9:00 PM.
