About this property

In June 2013 we have opened this very bright apartment, the new kitchen is equipped with everything for good cooking, dishwasher microwave refrigerator, coffee machine, etc .:; integrated is the living / dining area with large couch flat screen TV with satellite connection with about 18 German programs, free Wifi and nice dining area,
a bedroom with double bed and 2 meters closet, the other has a double bed, separate sink and is separated by a built-in closet behind which is still the bunk bed. In the bathroom with shower and double sink is a washing machine ready, sep. Toilet .
Outside there are 2 terraces (one of which is partly covered by the house with half shade, the other is large and very sunny).
Approximately 200 meters from the house, the dune entrance is directly to the sea, the sandy beach is miles long and invites you to walk or sunbathe.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wenn man es liebt, fußläufig am Meer Urlaub zu machen, so ist diese Wohnung perfekt. Zu viert kann man dort sehr gut wohnen. Es ist von allem genug da (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc.). Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Von „Souterrainfeeling“ keine Spur. Viel Licht durch große Fenster. Alles in allem eine prima Wahl!

kühle einfache Soutterrain-Wohnung

O.k. Was alles nicht funktionierte: der Wasserkocher schaltete sich nicht aus; die viel zu kleine Mikrowelle stank nach carboniertem Plastik und war unbrauchbar; kein Backofen; die Jalousie im Gästezimmer blieb unbeweglich; die Matratzen im Bett bewegten sich auseinander und über den Bettrand hinweg; die Lampen ergaben wenig Licht; Fenster klapperten im Sturm und waren undicht, ließen sich kaum öffnen und waren kaum funktionsfähig; Was fehlte: Der Backofen, die Mikrowelle, die Gardine am Straßenpanorama-Fenster, Müslischalen, eine Heizung auf der Toilette Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist sehr steil mit sehr kurzen Stufen, so dass wir 3 mal stürzten; der Kirschlorbeer überwucherte die Treppe so, dass sie noch schmaler und unbenutzbarer war; die einzige Toilette ist so eng, dass man am kalten Waschbecken anstößt beim Versuch auf der Toilette einzuparken; Blut an den Gardinen, Schmutz und Spinnweben hinter der Couch; kaputtes Kühlschrankflaschenfach; die Dusche läuft nicht ab und hat so wenig Wasserdruck, dass man Ewigkeiten zum Duschen braucht, der Ablauf der Küche läuft nicht ab und das Schmutzwasser incl. Hundehaare schwappt auf den Ablauf; Geschirr ist angeschlagen, Geschirr und Töpfe kommen schmutzig aus dem Schrank incl. Hundehaare; die Spülmaschine ist noch voll...

Zwei herrliche Urlaubswochen

Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel gelegen. Die An- und Abreise war durch einen Schlüsseltressor völlig unproblematisch. Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr reichlich, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden, wobei wir diese nicht genutzt haben. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 400 m, alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub, selbst das Wetter - 2 Wochen Sonne, was will der Mensch mehr. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Alles hat gepasst und war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.Ausstattung top. Alles was man braucht. Die Waschmaschine ist echt Luxus. Hat nicht jeder Vermieter.Nur 5 gehminuten zum Strand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist super gelaufen. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder. Gruß aus dem Saarland St. Enke + Tochter+Enkelin
