Great spot/Clean property

You can’t beat the location of this place. The unit is very clean and the pictures are accurate. Its a basic unit but very comfortable and the price is excellent.

Great and quiet location

The apartment is within a 5 minutes walk to restaurants, bars and shops but on a quiet side street that has no through traffic. Everything worked well and communication with owners was responsive. I would return to this apartment in the future.

Nice Bungalow only a short walk to most anywhere on the drive.

Our TV did not work when we arrived and with the help of Michael with the maintenance team, it was fixed right away. Kady properties responded promptly to our concern and addressed it. Awesome customer service. It was very quiet around the area. I was cautious when booking because of so many other units nearby but noise was not an issue at all. Would stay here again for sure.
