The free-standing fenced, barrier-free bungalow with a beautiful large terrace invites you to take a break from everyday stress, in a green and very quiet location to recharge your battery for new energy.
The 110m² living space offers you 3 bedrooms (one with double bed 1.80mx 2.00m; 1 bedroom with two 1.00mx 2.00m extra high single beds and a small bedroom or children's room with a double bed couch) all rooms equipped with TV.
In the living room you can sit comfortably with 6 people at the dining table and dine.
The large bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower, bathtub, underfloor heating. A barrier-free shower in the small bathroom (but not suitable for wheelchairs).
In the modern kitchen you will find a dishwasher, filter coffee machine with vacuum jug, sense machine for coffee pods, kettle, stainless steel thermos jug, bread machine, toaster, microwave, a small freezer in the large fridge and various small appliances. Shower towels, hand towels and tea towels are provided depending on the number of people.
Washing machine, dryer, ironing board with iron as well as drying rack, clothes pegs and a clothes dryer are available.
Sun loungers, parasols and outdoor seating are available for you.
For nature lovers, the proximity to the Elbe and Havel is ideal for fishing and by bike you can comfortably reach Havelberg in about 6 km, there is an outdoor pool with a slide, and pedal boats on the Havel are balm for the soul.
Those who are reluctant to go to the outdoor swimming pool can cycle to the lake bathing point about 8 km after Kamern. Sandau is located directly on the Romanesque road, which offers many churches.
You can take a day trip to the capital with the BrandenburgBerlin ticket for up to 5 people / ticket to the nearest Glöwen train station, 9 km away. The regional train runs every hour, departure times on the Internet, WiFi-enabled house.
Or just enjoy the peace and quiet and let your mind wander.

. Wir haben einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Sandau verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist von der Ausstattung super und es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren total fasziniert, wie die einzelnen Zimmer geschmackvoll farblich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet sind. Das Außengelände lädt sehr gut zum Relaxen ein. In der Umgebung gibt es viele interessante Unternehmungen. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und können dieses schöne Ferienhaus mit Ihren netten und freundlichen Vermietern auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren von diesem Ferienhaus wirklich rundum begeistert. Wer Entspannungsurlaub in ruhiger Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Ausstattung und auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und die Betreuung vor Ort ließen absolut keine Wünsche offen.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt, wir würden trotz der erspäteter Anreise sehr nett empfangen. Für Rollstuhlfahrer bedingt geeignet, mit Begleitung sollte es aber kein Problem geben. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, sehr gepflegt, auch der Garten, mit Grillmöglichkeit. Im Ort selber keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, im nahegelegenen Havelberg schon. Aber nichts fußläufig.

Alles super!

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die freundliche Begrüßung mit kleiner Karte und kleinen Überraschungen, wo an jeden einzelnen Gast, auch das Baby, gedacht wurde. Vielen lieben Dank Familie Lengyel.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Elbnähe

Komplett und sinnvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in dörflicher und ungestörter Lage. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Rundum-Fliegengitter bei sommerlichen Temperaturen und die ebenfalls überall vorhandenen Außenjalousien am Haus. Damit war es möglich, auch bei Hitze das Haus schön kühl zu halten. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Rundum klasse Urlaub

Wir waren mit unseren Enkeln im Urlaub und fanden das Haus mit dem großen Garten sehr toll. Es war viel Platz und sehr sauber. In näherer Umgebung kann man wandern, mit dem Schiff fahren oder auch die Therme genießen. Nochmal vielen Dank für den sehr netten Kontakt. Lg wir kommen gerne wieder

Zeer aangename en rustige vakantiewoning

Zeer nette en schone vakantiewoning met de faciliteiten van thuis. Er is wifi en televisie. Er is een wasmachine en een droger. De keuken is voorzien van vaatwasser en een oven. Twee ruime en schone badkamer. Super verblijf. Alleen hond van de buren maakt veel herrie; ook wel eens in de nacht.

Sauber, stilvoll und top ausgestattet

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub mit 6 Personen (davon 3 Kinder) in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern, dem großen Wohnzimmer und der komplett ausgestatteten Küche bietet es jede Menge Platz und Möglichkeiten. Die Duschen sind ebenerdig und waren somit auch für den mitgereisten Grossvater leicht zu erreichen. Die großzügige Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Spielen, Entspannen oder auch zum Grillen ein. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der verwaltenden Familienangehörigen vor Ort hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank für ein paar schöne Tage in Sandau. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
