Great for a hikers, bikers, families travelling with kids. Should your group need more space you could rent both units with the lower level unit (one bedroom studio with full kitchen)—just inquire with us!

Simple 2BR w/Easy Access

The place is right off the main road in West Sedona and a stone's throw away from my favorite post ride food at Famous Pizza. The place has ample parking, an outside area you can bbq, and the host easily gave us additional access to the garage to store our mountain bikes instead of having to bring them in the house. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to clean up our dirty gear and the checkout process was super simple. They also had a parking pass for the different trailheads around Sedona and a welcome packet that would answer some questions for people in town for thier first time. Be aware it's only one bathroom, so if you are a group you'll definitely be a little bottlenecked there. Aside from the kitchen sink being a little unique, the place was perfect and for the price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Spring break getaway

The listing and property really did earn a five star rating. It’s not a brand new house by any means but has been well maintained and updated. The only negatives: it just has one bathroom but that really wasn’t a problem since we all cooperated. The only other thing was that they could use another layer of gravel on the path from the driveway to the front door to help avoid dragging in mud during wet weather.
