Nice cozy stay.

Great location as far as getting to and from the airport. Getting to the baseball game and hockey game was very easy as well. I’d definitely recommend staying at this property.

The home was very clean and instructions for everything were clear. The coffee pot curafe wasn't for the maker so the water would not flow through and the one bed upstairs needs a new mattress which was relayed to the owner. If those things are corrected I would have given it a 5 star rating

Very clean and comfortable

The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the home was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed. A bonus was coffee was provided as well as sugar/creamer. Another bonus was a great deck off the bedroom on the 2nd floor. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

The house is very clean and homey. The host was easy to call and ask questions. It was just the neighborhood that I got scared of. In the middle of the night, there were loud voices as if they were arguing or fighting. I was worried that we might be affected by the trouble outside.

All the amenities!

This property was clean and provided all of the amenities you could ever need. Not far from the Hyde Park district, Armature Works or Raymond James- which was great since we were visiting our daughter for USF’s parents weekend. Check in and out super easy. We arrived late Friday evening(after midnight) and there is a hangout/bar a few blocks away which had some loud music and a little more traffic than I expected for this small neighborhood- not a negative but it was a bit busy for that time of night and even some patrons walking down the sidewalks and streets.

The host was fabulous, and welcoming.Thiis is a fully stocked place. Fun ,bright decor in house, very clean rooms. Street is fairly quiet though in the downtown area. Close to famous Ybor city restaurants too.
