Adorable in Broad Ripple!

This is a very cute unit situated right on the river, behind the CVS and the College Ave bridge. Super convenient to all that Broad Ripple has to offer. The unit itself is very clean, bedding is very nice and mattresses comfortable! Madeline, the owner is incredibly easy to work with and very cordial. I highly recommend any of her listings!!!

Amazing hosts

My husband and son were in Indianapolis for a baseball tournament and the hotel the team had chosen to stay in was horrendous. I put out an SOS to Madeline begging for her unit. She responded immediately (which was awesome) and told me they could have the place ready. I had requested to check in the following day since we had already checked into the hotel and would be charged for that night. Madeline offered her place for THAT night at an EXTREME discount so we wouldn't be paying twice as much. and wouldn't have to stay there for even one night. She was then able to have the unit ready within a couple of hours. This was extremely generous and my son and husband were so relieved to be out of the hotel. They were so impressed by the coziness of this place and the location to so many great restaurants. We have many more baseball tournaments in the next few years, this will be our go-to place when we play in Indy.

My hobbies include petting strangers dog's on the Monon trail, traveling the world, and finding the best coffee shop in the Midwest - current vote Parlor Public House.

Step into your cozy great room with a fully equipped kitchenette, living room with pull out couch, and six person dining space. The great room has a wall of windows that overlook the canal and main strip. During spring and summer there is an array of flowers that bloom down the shore of the canal. In winter, the Christmas lights down the strip are visible from your living room. You'll have a large Smart TV and some classic DVD's to keep with the retro vibe of Broad Ripple!

Up a few steps are your two bedrooms-The master bedroom is spacious with a pillow top queen bed, and a vanity/work desk. The second bedroom is cozy with a full size memory foam bed. Both spaces have sheer and blackout curtains to help you sleep soundly with the bright lights in the area, as well as ceiling fans, white noise machines, and chargers for your phone. The bathroom is off of the hallway, and contains a stand up shower. Plush bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, make-up towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included.

The kitchenette has everything needed for a stay-in breakfast, or some late night leftovers. There is a sink, mini fridge/freezer combo, coffee & coffee maker, ice tray, two burner electric stove top, microwave, cups/plates/bowls, and pots/pans. *no oven*

We have outdoor summer games available upon request: Cornhole, Jenga, and Connect Four.

In the summer you may hear traffic or night life, mainly over the weekends-That goes for any stay in Broad Ripple. White noise machines are provided in every room for those with very sensitive ears.
