Modern Farmhouse 3/2 Equestrian neighborhood

Beautiful Modern Farmhouse! Country vibes but centrally located. Only 40 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from theme parks. Guest house is located on our 5 acre property. Guest house is over 1800 sq feet. We are a beautiful equestrian neighborhood with our own private trails that you can hike or horseback ride on. We are also close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including historic Downtown Sanford. We are on-site here and live in the main house in the back of the lot on the property if there are any issues as well we are here to help. Come enjoy our beautiful countryside estate.



We cannot control mother nature. Due to the tropical climate and humidity you may see bugs. We have our home professionally treated for your comfort, however the occasional bug may find its way in. Please keep doors and windows closed, especially at night when the lights are on.

Pets must be crated when unattended and when leaving the townhouse. Pets can be stressed out in a new environment and cause a lot of damage when left alone, therefore crating your pet is required when leaving them . You can either bring a crate with you or if you request one we can also provide one for you free of charge.

We are also on a delicate septic system here so please no grease down the drain, no feminine hygiene products or disposable wipes. Only thing that should go down our drains is soap, water and toilet paper. We thank you in advance.

Our stay at the vacation home was absolutely fantastic! The property exceeded all our expectations it was beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect.Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, making us feel completely at home. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality, and we would definitely love to return in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect vacation experience!

Equestrian Neighborhood Guest House

First time VRBO user. Very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of home. Plenty of fresh towels, hand soap, etc.. The location of the guest house was exactly what we were looking for ... However, there was one unique feature of the home is not clearly articulated in the description of the home... This needs to be disclosed to potential renter before completing rental process .. This unique feature changes the dynamic of the home... This feature that we did not discover until we checked in the home was the only reason that we could not give the home 5 stars...
