Captain Jack's hideaway is a newly refurbished self-contained sleep 6 in a 2-3 bedroom cottage style ground floor apartment. It is approx 150 yards to the harbour and enjoys ocean views from the property and garden. The new public wharf is only 150 yards away. Ketch harbour is located on the Sambro loop and only a few minutes drive to the famous Crystal Crescent Beach. We are close driving distance to Halifax and other tourist attractions but set in a quiet and sought after harbour area, which is ideal for a getaway to enjoy the trails and natural beauty the area offers. It is a 2-3 bedroom unit with a lounge/dining area, Wood burning stove. It has its own entrance and off road parking. We offer high speed internet so you can browse or work from home. There is a Delux QUEEN Air Mattress also available in the Lounge for additional guests (not a futon or sofa bed as mentioned in the description).
There is a 3rd bedroom with a twin (single) bed which gives direct access the outside decking.
We have outside security cameras mainly for wildlife (we have Bears, Deers, Racoons etc and other animals visit on the odd occasion)
