Our temporary residence in the Neckar Valley (between Heilbronn and Ludwigsburg) has 13 apartments and welcomes you with everything you could want for a pleasant stay. We combine the advantages of a hotel room (fully furnished, room cleaning, additional costs included, ...) with those of a classic apartment (separate bedroom, kitchen).

If you have a long stay ahead of you and are far from home, you deserve something better than a functional hotel room. With the modern furnishings of our apartments and our extensive services, we offer a place that makes temporary living as comfortable as possible.

Our cozy, approx. 46m ² maisonettes have a balcony, bathroom, kitchen, living area and a separate bedroom and offer you every comfort for a pleasant everyday life. The apartments can be used as single or double rooms.

In the open kitchen you can prepare your meals in a relaxed way, just like at home. You will find a glass ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery and a comfortable seat. After that, the dishwasher does the dishes almost on its own.

The sofa in the living area invites you to a cozy evening in front of the large flat screen. If you want, you can transform the sofa into a comfortable lounge area. The dimmable LED lights create a relaxed atmosphere.

And if you still want to work, use WLAN or LAN with fast internet - at any time and without extra charge.

A separate staircase leads to the separate bedroom. There you will find a modern box spring bed (160x200) as well as a television, spacious wardrobe and storage space for your suitcases.

The bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and spacious base cabinet ensures a perfect start to the day.
