Overall, Everything Was A+ From Arrival to Departure. Great Location by the pool, activities, etc.

The condo was roomy, clean, a safe location, had EVERYTHING needed for the stay. A barbecue, floaties for pool time, a well lit condo inside and a wonderful patio deck with great sunsets too. Walking is a plus, short walk to play pickle ball, take water aerobics classes, and attend social events at the activity center, as well as a beautiful community for long walks. Also, close to great restaurants and ease of getting on the 101 for travel. The decor and space was well suited for enjoyment too. I could go on and on, I just loved my whole month here.

Lovely condo in beautiful setting

Wilbur’s place is located in a wonderful part of Scottsdale, close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. His condo is beautifully situated by the pool and a pond with.a soothing fountain. The condo itself is large, bright and airy. The mattress in the primary bedroom is firm (but doesn’t leave you stiff), the TVs large, and it’s a short walk to the Gainey Ranch Estate Club. The club has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped gym, an Olympic lap pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a large, lovely communal space with a bar and meeting rooms. There are daily fitness classes, sport clinics and evening events. Wilbur is a great host: he is immediately responsive. For example, we asked for a BBQ grill upon arrival, and a fully assembled Weber was delivered the next day! You can’t go wrong renting this condo!
