My husband and I truly enjoyed our month in Gainey Ranch. This location is central to great golf courses, shopping and dining. The property was newly renovated and fit our needs. This gated community is beautifully landscaped and well maintained and the pool is a short walk from your front door. We enjoyed daily walks throughout the gated community and also walked to coffee shops and dinner several times. It just doesn’t get better than this location! There were a few hiccups at the start (no Wi-Fi information, no gate key, no garage opener and no welcome packet with information) The property manager answered our calls and it took a few days to get everything situated. It took 2 weeks before we could access the estate club for the fitness center and pickleball courts. I believe these issues will be better for the next renters, probably due to being a new listing. The property was very clean, tastefully decorated, beautifully tiled showers, nice linens and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We also loved having a garage for our car and golf clubs. However we probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise issues. This particular property is adjacent to a very busy street with constant road noise.We also missed having an outdoor space to enjoy the Arizona weather. There is a small balcony off of the master bedroom with no seating, the other small balcony is located off of the kitchen with so much road noise we didn’t use it. Overall a great stay!
