Unser Anwesen liegt auf 610 NN auf halber Höhe zwischen Unter-, und Oberau am Ende einer Seitenstraße und ist ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in unsere schöne Berchtesgadener Bergwelt, zur Festspiel- und Kulturstadt Salzburg, ins benachbarte Salzkammergut und dem gesamten Rupertiwinkel.
Die Ferienwohnung Kehlstein hat eine Wohnfläche von 42qm und besteht aus Wohndiele mit eingebauter Küchenzeile, Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Doppelbettcouch, Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC sowie südseitigem Balkon. Für dem im Wohnzimmer befindlichen Sat-TV besteht auch eine Anschlussmöglichkeit in der Wohndiele.
