Gemütliche FeWo (60qm) mit 1 Schlafzimmer in ruhiger Lage
Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Waldrandlage im verkehrsberuhigten Bereich. Von hieraus sind Sie in wenigen Minuten am Radweg, der Sie direkt zum Altmühlsee (5 km) oder Brombachsee (9 km) führt. Die mit 3 Sternen klassifizierte 60 qm große Ferienwohnung in unserem Privathaus wurde im Jahr 2015 komplett renoviert. Vom geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz, Sat-TV und Ledercouch gelangt man in die Küche, das Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Alle Zimmer haben Steinböden (im Wohnzimmer mit FBH). Im Schafzimmer stehen 2 Einzelbetten. Ein mitgebrachtes Kinderbett hat ebenfalls Platz. Die Küche verfügt neben Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster über eine Spülmaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Auf die möblierte Terrasse gelangt man von der Wohnung aus. Die im Tiefparterre liegende Wohnung ist ohne Stufen zu erreichen. Einen Parkplatz finden Sie direkt vorm Haus. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Bademäntel werden selbstverständlich gestellt.
