Experience mountain luxury from the moment you walk in the door. The "Kodiak" has beautiful edison-style lighting features to honor the historic mining community Park City once was. You will quickly notice in each of the guest rooms featuring stunning wallpaper scenes to bring the outdoors in! This is a memorable stay you will not want to miss out on.

The Space:
Entire home - First and foremost, we like to boast about our bedding: each bed is equipped with white premium bamboo sheets (a step up from Egyptian/Turkish 100% cotton) bamboo is sustainably sourced while offering a soft touch and a dry comfortable sleep. Secondly, if the sheets didn't impress you, our alternative down, gel-infused, hotel pillows will! Expect to have the best sleep of your life. Lastly, every TV comes equipped with Roku TV (Guest Mode) so you can sign in to your favorite services with out skipping a beat and all the while not having to worry about forgetting to log out (each TV auto logs out after your stay).

Family Room - This is a bespoke space for entertaining friends and family. The leather seating and cow hid rug brings in an inviting warmth into the room, not to mention a fireplace to feel cozy around at the end of a day.

Master Bedroom - Featuring a king size bed, this room contains the best views from the home. You will have everything you need with the connecting ensuite bathroom.

Evergreen Room - Luxury queen bed set beneath a an evergreen landscape, your own walk-in closet.

Mountain Peak Room - 2 twin beds with a slide out additional twin trundle, this room will easily sleep 3!

First-floor Ensuite - Designed to sleep 5 at most, the full over full bunk bed system includes a hidden twin trundle beneath for one more. After a fun filled day on the slopes enjoy discussing your favorite trails on the full size ski map wall!

Kitchen - Feel at home with all the standard appliances including a gas range. The large island seats 6 ready for great company and conversation. Kitchen is stocked with all your kitchenware, cups, plating for endless entertaining.

Dining - Set under a beautiful edison-style wood beam chandelier you can seat up to 12 around a large Pottery Barn table (extension leafs included).

Bathrooms - Every bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and showers come stoked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers.

Outdoor Space - The deck includes outdoor furniture and string lights while the first floor area includes a fire-pit infused patio set, hot tub and more string lights, perfect for year round use. This lower area is also your access point to the park city trial system, including cross-country skiing in the winter.

Garage - Great for storing your gear and up to 2 mid/small sized cars.

Guest Access:
Access to the home is through a digital key pad on the front door. For pool and club house keys you will find a lanyard with said keys in the drawer next to the fridge.

You will experience kind and accepting people with strong passion for the outdoors in Park City. Rated 10 of 10 for safety, you should feel right at home. The "Kodiak" is located in the exclusive Bear Hollow Village positioned just a stones throw from the Utah Olympic Park and the famous green olympic ski jumps.

Getting Around:
Centrally located between Kimball Junction and Park City Mountain resort, you have multiple options for public transportation, easy access through Uber/Lyft or driving your self. Everything you need is just minutes away, even on skis or a bike!
