The Majorcas holiday complex was renovated from the beginning of January 2017 until spring 2018. There are now 8 holiday flats available for year-round rental to holiday guests.the holiday complex is in a wonderfully relaxing and quiet location and yet it is only 750 metres to the beach.to the south there is a forest right on the doorstep, the Dahmer Gehege.to the south/west there is a seemingly endless field plot with a view.The flats of the Majorca are according to the year of construction 2017/18 on the most modern state of structural equipment and furnishings.crockery and furniture have been completely renewed.thus the rooms have LED downlights as ceiling/room lighting,various walls painted in light pastel shades.the floors are tiled with porcelain stoneware in a light oak look.the modern bathrooms are tiled with large tiles in a light beige high-gloss look and design border. Floor-to-ceiling shower floors and rainforest showers as well as safety glass shower cubicles convey a sophisticated ambience.your holiday can begin..finally take a deep breath, feel like you have arrived - have time for yourselfWLAN (from 09.00 to 22.00) and an LED flat screen TV are part of the exclusive standard of the flats.
