The location was excellent & very pet friendly! We were in Gunnison to visit my son & his partner, who both go to Western. The only minor complaint is the kitchen wasn’t well stocked for longer stays/cooking our own meals. We had to wash dishes after every meal and there weren’t enough glasses for our group. Otherwise the house was very nice to stay at and I would love to come back in the winter to use the hot tub. We were very pleasantly surprised to have air conditioning since it was very hot in Gunnison the weekend we visited.

Check in was super easy and the door code just happened to be my mom’s birthday, so easy to remember! The kitchen area was perfect for preparing and packing food each day and the room set up worked great. The hot tub was a huge added bonus!

Fall getaway to see the leaves

Good location for access to the Black Canyon park as well as Crested Butte. House was as advertised. beds were a bit soft but the hot tub helped!

Good stay

The location is great, close to shops, main highway, and grocery store. Yard was great for the dogs to run around. Could use some updating in the bedrooms and shared bathroom, but other than that great stay. Hot tub was great after long ski days. Communication with the host was fantastic as well.

Great location and price

The house was bigger than expected. There was plenty of room for a small group and the hot tub was a huge plus. Location was good since it was close to crested butte and several parks/trails. We drove no more than 45 mins to several different trailheads.

Baseball Tournament trip

The home is updated inside. No issues with any of the home. The hot tub was a nice surprise. We had a little hiccup when we checked in but nothing that wasn't quickly worked out. Host was great.

Great location for families visiting the university, but a few small issuesThe home is in a great location, especially for families wanting to stay close to the university — very convenient and easy to access.However, we did run into a few minor issues during our stay. When we arrived, we noticed that there was a very limited supply of essentials. There was less than a full roll of paper towel in the kitchen, and the toilet paper was already nearly used up. We also found a broken corkscrew and a damaged pair of scissors, which made it a bit frustrating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location, but a little more attention to stocking supplies and replacing broken items would make the experience much better.

The property was very comfortable for 3 adults and 2 teens and in a convenient location. Please be aware that the advertised swimming pool does not exist and although advertised as pet friendly you are not permitted to leave pets in the house unattended.

Comfy home, great location

The stay was great. The home lacks curb appeal, but the inside of the home is in good condition. The home is very old, but it's clear that the owner is continuously making improvements. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and made a great space for our family to play games and chat. We used the backyard for the hot tub and grill, it was fabulous. It was a comfortable and clean stay. The only downfall is some upgrades, but nothing that would make me not stay there again. The property manager was responsive to our needs during our stay and was open to the feedback my family offered. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and really close to the main street where little shops are. It's all within walking distance and the nearby coffee shop was delightful!
