Great location - an easy walk to everything in Heavenly village and definitely the highlight of the stay. The accomodations were fine, not outdated, but not particularly comfortable. The kitchens were not fully stocked, no kitchen utensils in the kitchen, and a dorm style refrigerator and hot plate instead of kitchen stove. So if you are planning to cook in, this is not an ideal set up. The building has an ongoing mechanical issue that created significant noise keeping us up for two nights before we were relocated to a different unit. The property manager was extremely helpful, and tried to figure it out. The owners were very responsive, however it definitely negatively impacted our stay. Based on our overall experience, and the multiple options for staying in walkable distance, we most likely would not return.

We pride ourselves on fully stocked kitchens, not sure why utensils would be missing but just call manager for any additional items to be quickly delivered. We have a variety of kitchen sizes available some with full fridges some with mini fridges, some with gas stove some with nice induction cooktops. We determined one of the bathroom fans went out and we replaced it. We feel we are the best value steps to the village, casinos, and beach with beach voucher. Especially with our kitchens, fireplaces in every room, security gated property and parking, AC, saltwater pool, 2 hot tub spas, outdoor seating and dining areas, easy no contact checkin, jetted bath tubs and more. Thanks for your nice complements.
