Amazing stay for our group of 12!!

I have stayed in Chicago a lot and THIS PLACE IS NOW MY FAVORITE HOTEL IN THE CITY!!! Great location, the pool and sundeck area area great for a big group and the service is phenomenal. Big shout out to Jordan at the front desk. We had three rooms and he let us check in early and only charged us one early check in fee. Even though we got into all 3 rooms. that was so helpful as we were going to a 1:20 cubs game. lotta food and bar options around and 3 blocks from the train. you couldnt ask for anymore! we will be back!!

Family Trip

The reason we chose this location was 1) cost of reserving three rooms, 2) location, and 3) it advertised a pool. We checked it to find out the pool was closed for maintenance. I understand the closing, but had we known in advance, we could have booked another location. Instead, we needed to find things for the three children to do when they were excited for the pool experience. I was disappointed with the communication.

Worst place

I think that the rooms was smaller than it looks in the picture. When it told me three units I was thinking that one room was connected with the other room. Wrong after I told you the ages of the kids we could not leave them alone in one room as there mom and dad was in the other room. I think I will stay with home.

Unacceptable

The accommodations that I paid for were not what we got. The process to rectify the issue was awful! I was hung up on multiple times and every person passed the blame.
