About this property

You love the special - not the everyday, then you are in our family-run apartments just right! Our house was newly built and modern furnished. The individual apartments have a size of 45 to 50 m², each with a balcony or terrace. The decor is attractive and tastefully decorated in maritime country style, with each apartment having a different color (eg green, white, blue or honey).
Parking is available on the property.
The holiday home is set on 2500 m² of land with a garden pond and a garden in the style of the cottages.
In the center are plenty of shopping and dining options available.
Have fun in the Baltic Sea filled with amber.

The 2.7-meter kitchenette has a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. The dishes have been adapted to the maritime country style.
Through the large light-flooded windows, the living room is cozy and invites you to relax.
The bedrooms have a double bed. In the living room is a sunbed for the relaxing
Sleep ready. For the little ones a travel cot and high chair is available. The living rooms of the lower apartments are heated by underfloor heating. In addition, wall heaters donate a woolly warmth. The beach can be reached on a wide forest path, which combines a short distance with the bike path. FKK-Baden is possible in the direction of Zempin.

Rental rates - Additional information:
On public holidays high season price applies.
The indicated daily prices include utilities for electricity, heating and water.
Bed linen and towels can be provided for 7.5 € / person. Each apartment has a free parking space.
The final cleaning is 20, - EURO. When taking a dog, the final cleaning increases to 40, -Euro As part of this, we provide you with an initial supply of consumables, such as toilet paper, waste bags, filter bags, bath mat, tea towel and dish soap available.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am Schlafzimmerfenster wäre ein Mückennetz sinnvoll. Sonst keine Beanstandungen unsererseits.

Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und verfügt über einen Parkplatz im Hof, was gut ist. Die Möbel, die Küchenutensilien, die Sitzkissen und das Sofa haben leider sehr starke Gebrauchsspuren der Vormieter. Das Bad ist ebenfalls etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Schöne FeWo mit herzlichen Gastgebern

Ich war beruflich 2 Monate auf Usedom und habe währenddessen bei der Familie Eick gewohnt. Eine schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind aber die außerordentlich netten und fürsorglichen Vermieter. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!
