Just purchased new king bed with plush mattress and flat screen TV in first master bedroom, and two queen beds in second bedroom. Brand new flat screen TV in living room. Kitchen with all the supplies needed to feel right at home during your stay. Also includes wireless internet and unlimited free telephone in the US and Canada. New stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity to smartphones, tablets, or laptops. Great location, with one of the many pools in the community right outside the door and just steps away from the patio.

Return to Paradise

This property was perfect for our family! I’ve rented several places in the Palm Desert Resort Country Club and this property was ideal. The pool was a very short walk from our patio. Everything was sparkling clean. The cable package was amazing as we were even able to catch the Clemson Tigers playing on the ACCNetwork (Go Tigers)! Our trip brought back many fond memories of previous vacations and we made a few more with this stay. Thank you for sharing your home and we hope to return next fall!!

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation in Palm Desert. The home was equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The BBQ was fantastic and we used it often. So nice to be across from the pool, dipped in every day. Thanks Steve for your quick response to our heating issue. Happy New Year!

Great stay in Palm Desert

The listing is a very accurate representation of the condo . The unit was left clean and fully outfitted with all the things that make for a comfortable stay. We were fortunate the pool just steps away was open (our stay was slightly off season). Grounds are lovely and there are grocery and restaurants very close by. Location is easy to navigate. Communication with our host was excellent and we would happily stay again.

Purchased property in 2010 ~ I have stayed in many condos in the Palm Desert Resorter over the last twenty years and found the development to be a fantastic resort. When this condo became available I could not pass up the wonderful poolside location.

Why they chose this property

The location of the condo is considered by many to be the most desirable in the resort. It is centrally located within walking distance to the clubhouse, and at the same time situated in a very quiet private location.
