Living room with 4K TV, dining area, eat in kitchen with TV, new appliances, 2 coffee makers, den with TV, Music ,computer and printer, wifi everywhere; master bedroom with king bed, TV and lounging couch,+ fan , master bath with tub and shower and 2 sinks,; 2nd suite of two twin beds in bedroom w/TV, private bath,; and hall 1/2 bath; over 1800 Sq Feet. Heated pool and hot tub 120 steps away. Safe biking.
Minimum rental time-- 1 month; No animals due to owner's allergies. Cleaning fee $150; Secuirty deposit $500
