About this property

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sits in the epicenter of Wild Dunes Resort with stunning ocean views, and just steps to the Atlantic.

As you walk into the main level, you are welcomed into the newly decorated living room and open floor plan. The living room features a large flat screen TV and attaches to the open dining room. Attached to the living room, is the first floor queen bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom. Through the dining room, you’ll find the beautiful wallpaper that decorates the sunroom, where you can spend your time enjoying your coffee, and watching the sun rise. The kitchen includes all new appliances and a cute little nook to enjoy breakfast. Up the stairs, and the primary bedroom is on your left with porch access overlooking the water. This bedroom has a desk to work from the beach and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, dual sinks & a walk-in closet! From the stairs and to the right you will find the laundry room in the hallway to the bathroom which is shared between the bunk bedroom and the queen bedroom. This bunk bedroom is a kid’s dream! Two bunk beds, twin over fulls, and a large flat screen tv to relax and watch movies after a long day at the beach. Right next to the bunk room is the queen bedroom which includes a flat screen tv and a large walk-in closet. This beautiful home is just a short walk to the beach, the two Grand Pavilion pools, and the Boardwalk. Come and be one of the first families to enjoy this newly renovated home!

*Please be aware all Grand Pavilion homes are near Wild Dunes Resort event spaces. We are not given notice of events. Despite this, take ease knowing that Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that "quiet time" is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10pm-10am and Friday and Saturday from 11pm-10am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise*

Perfect Shared Stay

This was the absolute perfect place for our two families. It was big enough for when we all needed space, but cozy enough to enjoy our time together.

Family and Baby over New Year’s

Really great property and easy, close walk to the beach. There is a resort area with shops as well that you have access to from this property. The Isle of Palms is a great location and there are a few great restaurants to check out. It is also an easy drive to Charleston.

Prime location and gorgeous home

We loved our stay at this property - having stayed in a number of different rental homes in Wild Dunes, this was far and away the best! It was plenty spacious for our group of 7 and could have accommodated more; though the downstairs bedroom and bath are on the smaller side, all of the rooms upstairs are very large. The living areas, indoor and out, are very large and comfortable. We spent Thanksgiving here and found the kitchen to be exceptionally well appointed even to serve Thanksgiving dinner. Looking forward to staying again soon!
