Home is just steps from the beach and pool. Great location for families. Kitchen has granite countertops and island. Jenn-Air appliances with stainless refrigerator, flat stove top with downdraft and oven, Sharp drawer microwave and Bosch dishwasher. Flat screen TV's with cable in every bedroom, 46' Samsung flat screen in family room.

Bathrooms remodeled and updated, hardwoods in kitchen, dining room and family room, carpeting everywhere else.

Home is 250 steps from beach with both public and private accesses.

We supply 8 sets of towels and linens for each bed. We do supply beach towels however not beach chairs.

Please Note: summer rental week is for arrival after 4:00 Sunday and departure by 10:00 AM the following Sunday.

We enjoyed a Fall break getaway to relax! Our host was very helpful and communicative! We had everything we needed. I love when we stay at a home that has great starter items like coffee, trash bags, and detergent! This home was well equipped, clean, and spacious! Also, there was a great supply of books, puzzles, and some games that our family enjoyed! We did not use the pool because of weather but it was very convenient and I am sure useful in the hot summer! We would definitely return!

Family vacation

Iop home away from home on the beach

Everything about this house was perfect. All supplies were in order more than enough. Very comfortable. Beds were comfortable towels were in great shape. Air conditioning worked great. No complaints at all. I will stay here again.

Location is key

Fabulous house, great access to beach, terrific area with easy access to groceries and shopping. Our check in would have gone smoother had the host provided information through the vrbo app as expected.

Wonderful time in IOP

The house was exactly as pictured in the listing. The ocean is within a couple of minutes with 2 different access points. Unfortunately, we experienced record cold to begin our trip so we did not get to use the community pool which is within 50 yards of the house. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the spices that were already there. Our family typically cooks 2 of the 3 meals and then we go out for the third so the variety of pans, bowls, etc that were available made this very easy. The gas grill worked great for our kebab dinner one evening. With plenty of sofas and chairs we were all able to lounge and read whenever we wanted. The area is very quiet in the evening and night even though the nearby road is busy during the day. Communication with the owner was great and the process was very easy. Restaurant info as well as sightseeing brochures are in a binder in the house and we did a tour boat of the intercoastal with some dolphins and an uninhabited island. Very nice and interesting. I would highly recommend this house to future renters. Steve

Nothing negative. House nicely furnished, all in good condition and decorated with color appropriate lines. Kitchen full of everything needed/ wanted to use for cooking, and permission to use leftover condiments was nice. Everything worked- TVs, door code, refrigerator,stove- even some ice still left…We were very happy with the house.

Great Family Vacation

From the moment you enter this beautiful home with soothing sounds playing you know it's going to be a great vacation. There were nine of us and we had plenty of room. The proximity to beach and pool was perfect for the grandchildren and adults alike. The kitchen provides everything you need and with one of us having allergies we did alot of cooking so it was perfect. Hope to be back someday!

Family Wedding

We could not have enjoyed our stay more at this beautiful home. This home was equipped with everything we needed and then some. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Beach access was very convenient and pool access even closer. Shopping was close by as well. Ray, the Owner, was always available to answer any questions we had. This VRBO was one of our favorites and we so enjoyed our stay here! a

Just perfect!

Went for a wedding at the Citadel. So it was perfect in so many ways. The pool, proximity to the beach and five blocks from our wedding venue at the Citadel. Our host Ray was available to answer any questions. The ice maker wasn't working properly he brought a huge bag of ice to accommodate our needs. The home has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again
