Why they chose this property
This was the beach home I lived in growing up and I returned in 2022 to completely renovate the property into a luxury villa that all can enjoy when staying in my home town of Chancay, Peru.
What makes this property unique
Quite neighborhood with very friendly neighbors who watch out for each other. Private patio with comfortable living space and high-end appliances with all the comforts of home. Walking distance to the beach and castle. A museum is located on the beautiful town square, a market nearby and lots of things to see and do in our town of Chancay. Come enjoy the comforts of Peru here in Chancay.
