This is a tastefully decorated LARGE over 800 Sq ft apartment with a dining alcove and a separate bedroom. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a dedicated work area.

The Extra large living room has an entertaining area with a new sofa and armchair and has a separate area for the second bedroom with a real bed and high-quality Mattress plus a designated work area.

The second bedroom does not have a real wall. The room divider creates complete privacy for occupants.
Queen size bed in the Bedroom, Single size bed in the area for the second bedroom, plus I provide a single size rollaway bed as a third bed upon request.

Convenient to all transportation: all trains 4, 5, 6, 7, S, E, M are within short walking distance. Buses are around the corner.

- You will have your private modem/router at the apartment with high-speed, secure WiFi access and an ETHERNET connection;

-We provide you with pillows, blankets, clean towels, bed linen, and a fully equipped kitchen;

-A starter pack of toiletries and paper goods is included but may not be enough for the duration of your stay. It is the responsibility of the guest to replenish any items that they need if they run out;

-Guest is responsible for removing trash & recycling as needed and bringing it to the garbage chutes on your floor and cartons/cans to the basement area of the building;

-The building provides Central Air Conditioning from the last week of May till the end of September. In addition, the host offers fan(s) upon your request.
