An amazing house, steps from the sand with 6 star hospitality. Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and comfortably sleeps 10. This beautifully decorated home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an island, coffee bar, bathrooms with soft towels and ready made beds with linens and blankets. There are TV’s in each bedroom and living room all equipped with ROKU…YouTube TV, Disney+, ESPN+, HULU and Paramount +. We offer a plentiful assortment of kitchen and bath amenities for convenience, including in-shower toiletries, makeup removal cloths, hair dryer and beach towels.
-Fully equipped kitchen amenities include both a Keurig & auto drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, pots, pans and an assortment of utensils for home cooked meals.

-For your enjoyment, we provide you with a variety of K-Cups, filter coffee packs, individual coffee creamer, sugar and Splenda. -A variety of Tazo teas is furnished for you as well.
-Along with oil and spices, there is a plentiful supply of dishwashing soap, hand soap, dish towels, sponges for your convenience.
-There is a large deck off of the kitchen with a grill, grill utensils and a beautiful polywood table and chairs that is perfect for an evening of Al Fresco dining.
-All queen and king beds include new Zinus memory foam mattresses and luxury pillows.
-The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a large closet and a private bathroom.
-The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin size bunks beds with a trundle, perfect for kids.
-Downstairs, with a private entrance, you will find the fourth bedroom with 2 queen beds along with a private bathroom. This area has its own split unit for A/C and heat.
-USB ports on night stands in each bedroom.
-There is a full size washer/dryer with laundry detergent located in the second bathroom.
-In the laundry area, you will find a full size ironing board with an iron and laundry basket.
-Downstairs on the parking level, you will find a storage room with beach items for your convenience including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, beach buckets for building amazing sandcastles and a corn hole board with bags.

We have a Ring doorbell on the front entrance and a Ring backyard camera.

Perfect family weekend

We had a wonderful time with our extended family at Happy Daze. The bottom bedroom worked great for a mother in law suite. If we ever need to rent again, we will certainly return!

East End Gem

This house was in a wonderful location to walk right to the quiet east end groin area of the beach. It has a beautiful view of the inlet/ocean from the front porch. The putt putt and fire pit were great for entertaining all ages and winding down each evening. The house was so cozy and came furnished with everything you needed plus a great coffee bar as an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot…

The house was perfect for our family of 5. The proximity to the beach, and the perfect supplies (umbrella, chairs, etc) made our vacation so relaxing. We truly enjoyed our week and would certainly stay here again. Hosts were responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Family Fun-Away

This house was lovely! There were very thoughtful touches all over the property from black make-up towels in the bathrooms to beds being made up for us before arrival and a fun welcome basket in the spacious kitchen. Our walk to the beach was so close and easy. My children were pleased and said, “Mom…great choice!” The owners were accessible, responded quickly, and always with kindness. Hope to return again!

Excellent beach trip

Everything was great. The beach was so close. Just a couple of houses away. Easy to walk to even for my 1 year old grandson. They had everything we needed in the house for cooking and our daily needs. They also have things for the beach. They have beach towels, a cart to carry everything, beach toys, a float, a boogie board, and umbrellas (it was too windy for the umbrellas though). It is a very private beach and not crowded at all. In the house they had board games and corn hole for outside. There is plenty of room for 10 people. My whole family was there and enjoyed every minute. Shawn was so responsive and helpful. He answered immediately when I messaged him. We arrived a little early and he allowed us to check in early since it was cleaned and ready to go. The umbrellas were broken. We didn’t realize it and took them to the beach with us. I contacted him and he responded immediately. He was not aware that they were broken but offered to reimburse me if I bought new ones. I had told him we didn’t find any and he ordered some and had them delivered to the house. One thing we would have loved to have was a pool but is not necessary. We hope to make this trip a new family tradition. Thanks for a great experience!!

Happy Daze was awesome. Everything was so nice, furniture, cookware, amenities, convenience to the beach. This was a perfect home for my family! Loved the easy access to the beach especially with our 1.5 year old! We watched beautiful sunsets every night on the back porch. The putt putt was a great addition and our daughter loved it. We had 4 adults and 1 child. The included pack and play and high chair was a nice touch so we did not have to pack ours. Would definitely stay here again!!

First time to Ocean Isle

Our stay was great. Great location. Literally steps to the beach. The outdoor shower was great and helped keep the sand outside and not in the house. Having the beach equipment already there was so helpful. I can’t help but be up early, even on vacation, so my favorite part is to sit with my coffee and watch the sunrise and in the evening watch the sunset. You have great view of both from the back deck. If you want to be away from the center of town and have paradise to yourself, this is the part of the island you want to be on and this home was perfect.

Ocean Isle Beach House

The house was very nice. It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach which was a nice secluded cove that was great for children. The kids really enjoyed the mini-golf course. Well equipped with chairs and other accessories to take to the beach. Definitely would return.

Best Vacation Rental

This was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in!The owners thought of everything possible needed for your stay. Many nights were spent around the gas fire pit roasting marshmallows while playing putt putt. This home is steps from the beach! The owners have all your beach necessities and more. We will be staying here again!

Nice family trip

This home was exactly as we expected location, easy entry, well stocked with everything we needed. The home’s decor was inviting and comfortable. We had rain and shine and felt like we didn’t need to go home early due to no sun!The beach, grocery and restaurants were all very close. We had great communication with our hosts and hope to return for another visit.

This house was exactly as it was advertised and is a 10 out of 10 property. This place was super clean and very spacious. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Relaxing Isle Views

Our stay at Happy Daze was absolutely wonderful! The house is exactly as pictured and described. The house was fully stocked with everything from kitchen tools, soft luxurious blankets and quilts to in-shower soap and shampoo. There were multiple board games, TV streaming subscriptions and an amazing miniature putt putt course in the backyard for the kids. The house was impeccably clean and tidy upon arrival. There were an abundance of towels, beach towels and pillows. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. The views from the front and back deck were breathtaking! It was only a few steps to the beach and, of course, being at the end of the isle, it was like having your own private beach. The amenities included were absolutely amazing. The hosts literally thought of everything to make this beach house a home away from home! We look forward to staying again soon!!

Wonderful week at Ocean Isle Beach!

What a wonderful week we had! Shawn and Jennifer have a beautiful home! They did an incredible job taking care of so many extra details to make our stay even better. Everything you could possibly need was there for you. The beds slept so well. The kitchen was so spacious and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved the wonderful deck, putt-putt course, and outdoor seating. Also, they have corn hole boards, beach chairs, a beach cart, and boogie boards. Great supplies for a day on the beach. In closing, the homeowners were excellent with communication and responding to questions we had. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I look forward to returning again.

Perfect family vacation spot!

Everything we needed was available on the property. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We had the best sunset views from the back deck. In the morning, the sunrise view was breathtaking.

Spring Break getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Our son and his friend enjoyed having their own little getaway in the downstairs room. They also enjoyed the mini putt-putt course. The closeness to the beach was so convenient. We enjoyed our morning coffee by the ocean and took several walks. We will definitely rent this cottage again!

Great Location / Great Place

The house was very clean and had everything we could ask for. It’s a short stroll from the beach and close to the golf courses in the area. The putt putt course was a very fun addition! If we are ever back in the area, we will be looking to stay here again.

We grew up in small town NC and attended college in NC as well. We have always enjoyed family vacations in NC and especially on the coast. After retiring from the medical field, we decided to buy a home on the beautiful island of Ocean Isle and we would love to share our home with you. We want our friends, family and guests to enjoy our little piece of tranquility and relax and unwind from the stresses of life!

What makes this property unique

Family friendly neighborhood on the famous east end of the island. We are located on a dead end street with direct access to the beach. This section of the beach is not crowded.
