This property offers an amazing view of Bull Shoals Lake from the deck, den, and office. Cabin was extremely clean and location is secluded. We enjoyed are stay immensely and will visit again.
The location provided beautiful sunrises. Great porch and deck area! Would be nice to have a little more games, cards etc on site (normally those are provided). There were no instructions for the use of tv/cable. We did enjoy the serenity of the area!

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Pleased with the home, although furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. Loved the two separate sun rooms. Location is very isolated, we had to travel over an hour to Mountain or Branson for dinner.
This property is “ down the dirt road” it overlooks a arm of bull shoales lake, it was super quiet and super relaxing there isnt much around that is close just a few neighbors. This place is perfect for a couple looking to relax, get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. It has a huge deck over looking the valley, and part of if is screened in. It was perfect for what me and the wife was looking for.
We have an annual game board weekend, and this property fit exactly what we needed for rest, relaxation, fun, snacks, and laughter. Jake was easy to communicate with, the house was exactly as described, and we were very comfortable.
The property is very well maintained. Clean, well stocked. Quiet and serene. I live in a very remote area and this property was perfect for us. Dirt roads bother most oeople but not us we live it everyday.
The overall visit was awesome, for an off the beaten path. If your looking for a place with awesome view and Amenities this is your place. the location is deep in the woods, but we loved it. Super peaceful!

Glad to have hosted you and your group. Thank you for leaving everything so clean and tidy.
Beautiful scenery, very quiet and secluded. Everything was nice and clean. Lots of extra special touches that made us all feel at home. Loved the screened porch and outside deck!
I took my 4 adult children to stay at the property. The property was way above what I expected. It was perfect for what we wanted and I couldn’t believe how well the cabin was stocked. Jacob was amazing to work with and I would stay here again in a heart beat
Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at this property. You are secluded and a good 20 minutes from any type of store but that doesn’t take away from this place. My whole party bragged about how nice everything was and how thoughtful the property owner was! Such a hidden treasure!

I'm so glad you had a wonderful stay. I would be happy to host you and your group again.
We stayed for an extended stay...thru several seasons...and enjoyed everyone of them. This property is in a very rural place, down a long dirt road, which some might not prefer or are used to, but the home, the lake and the area overrides all other things. The host was EXCELLENT and will help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the house and patio is gorgeous. It is quiet and serene and very private.
There is an office off the master bedroom that is in a sun room. It was a great place to work!
The owner was very responsive and helpful when I had a question or an issue to be solved.
The area has so many natural areas and parks to visit, I was able to hike in quite a few of them during my stay.
This place was everything I was hoping for. Host was very friendly and easy to deal with. The view was spectacular. The house had everything you could need for a stay here. Closest store is 30 minutes but with a nice scenic drive. Great jumping off point to see the rest of Arkansas. We will definitely be staying again. Again, the view!!!! Thanks Jake for the wonderful stay.
There were two adult couples staying for 3 nights/4days. The view was amazing. It is well of the beaten path so there is no running into town quickly, but the house is well stocked with anything you might need. It has an amazing deck and screened in porch. Luckily the weather had turned off cooler and we were able to be outside on the porch or deck a lot. We would definitely like to go back.
We are 2 senior couples (brothers and wives). We take a short trip together every June. This house was perfect for us to spend family time together. It was a little far to go out to dinner or to buy groceries. But, we had a great time. The view of the lake from the deck is beautiful! The house is furnished with everything we needed. Owner of the house called to make sure we had gotten in and that everything was ok.
Peaceful, quiet, lovely views, serene. This home is a real retreat. The water of Bull Shoals lake is soothing and sparkling. The sunrises are spectacular! The sizable open floor plan living room and kitchen are super comfortable, along with the huge laundry room, 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. The master is large with a wonderful sunroom of the lake attached. It is located down a 4 mile maintained graveled/dirt road, but worth the drive. If you are looking for a remote but cozy place, please be sure to visit. The owner is always available and reachable.
It was late at night when I got there and it was all me I couldn’t find it at first and then I found it I had my mother which is 85 and her friend that is 87 there. This was there trip and they had such a good time sitting on the deck and enjoying the view and watching the birds ,the house had everything you needed very clean .we enjoyed it very much
Spring, summer and fall in the Ozarks is beautiful....but winter has it's own wonder to it ....Snow, ice, sleet...and even when we experienced a couple of power outages, the host was in immediate communication, a sending over a local handyman to fix the broken water pipes during the famous SIBERIAN EXPRESS that hit more than 1/2 of the U.S. We were always warm and even the neighbors brought bottled water and offered food. Thanks to everyone! Things always happen beyond our control, but the host was right on top of it all.
This house is true to the photos, but even better!!!. It is stocked with just about everything you could need, just bring your food and clothes. I normally bring a 'kitchen box' with me to rentals so I know I will have everything I need in the kitchen, I never had to open it. Even the knives were sharp. The grill is a combo, gas on the left and charcoal on the right! Huge tv that is smart, you can cast from your device to the tv if you wish. At night twinkie lights add nice lighting outside.
This is a very remote and quiet location, sooo restful! The Host was very quick to respond to my few questions. If we are ever in the area again, this is where we will stay. WishI could give it 10 stars.
We stayed a week, and that view is just incredible. Get up for the sunrise and watch the fog on the water. We saw deer, fish jumping in the lake, an Eagle, Hawk, bunny, woodpeckers and other birds. The silence is so nice. We lucked out on a week of moonlight. The house is good, everything worked, the deck and screened porch are fantastic. We spent 99% of our time out there. We took walks down the gravel road and saw deer nearly every day. The WiFi worked great. This house has lots of windows that open, screens, outlets, fans and lighting everywhere and it’s labeled on the wall what is what. That was very helpful! Just be sure you are aware you have all your supplies, it’s a half hour to the nearest store and four miles of gravel before you hit pavement. We would absolutely stay here again.
Me & my daughter booked this rental. It is high above Bull Shoals Lake. Great communication with the owner & place is well stocked with cook wear. Wifi was great & it even has Alexa. This place is SO quiet that there was a boat on the portion of lake we were above and I could hear him talking on his cellphone! We saw lots of hawks & got great pictures. There were 2 different night rain storms & on one of them was a strong storm....me & my daughter were in the screened-in porch yet rain didn't get us. I would suggest you get your groceries that you will need though. The nearest grocery store is over 1/2hour away. If it's peace & quiet you want or need....this IS the place to be. We had the chance to ride the Ferry across bull shoals lake which was a 1st for us and a great experience! Thank you Jake for allowing us to have the opportunity to experience this. My only suggestion would be to add curtains to the living room & back bedroom windows for those who like to sleep late.
