3 BR renovated home, near downtown Raleigh, privacy fenced backyard!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Raleigh, less than 10 minutes from downtown and 2 minutes to I-40. This recently renovated home has everything you need: 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath with tub & shower, fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, washer & dryer. There are 3 smart TVs, blazing fast Fiber internet, and a desk in the 3rd bedroom/office for any work needs. Outside is a fully fenced-in backyard with privacy fence and outdoor dining table. Dogs are welcome too, and we have a welcome basket just for them!

Our home provides:
Living room with large smart TV, games, puzzles & books. Dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. New deck with lockable gates for your little ones or pets, grassy front & back yards.

3 bedrooms:

Had a lovely stay just outside of Downtown Raleigh. I really liked how close the home is from everything we wanted to see in Raleigh. Less than 8 mins from most important destinations. The beds were very comfortable as well and it suited our needs for a quick weekend visit especially with our dog who loved the fenced in backyard.

We stayed for one month and while I think the home is fine for a short stay it was a little inconvenient for a longer booking. You can only enter/exit through the back gate and door which made things inconvenient if you’re coming and going separately from your other guests. I work late so arriving home after my mother when she was asleep caused an issue as she had to either leave the gate unlatched or physically come open the front door for me as we weren’t given a code or key. There is also a bus stop in the front yard which I think should be disclosed in the listing since they run from 8am-midnight every day of the week and the brakes and announcements are quite loud. I never felt unsafe but it was a little annoying to hear every 30 minutes, but if you aren’t going to be in the rental much it’s not a big issue. Otherwise the backyard is very nice and securely fenced in and the bedrooms and kitchen are adequate.

Robert, thank you for the review. For the sake of our future guests and any potential hosts that may be considering renting to you, we would like to respond. While we can appreciate that the back gate and back door is not what you preferred, it is a secure entrance for the home that has a door code. It does not require someone to be inside in order to open the home. Upon inspection of the property, your group appears to have never cleaned up after your pet. We have services available if this is something that you prefer not to do, but it is not acceptable for our property. We also discovered animal droppings inside the home as well as damaged bedding. This all required additional cleaning costs that we have submitted to VRBO for remittance. For future hosts, please note that the guest does not clean after their pet. We always prefer to hear about preferences and concerns during the stay so we can address them and increase your comfort. However receiving the feedback afterwards gives us the opportunity to improve.

We were in town for a concert with our pups and had a wonderful stay! Super close to the venue and was a great home base for our weekend. The dogs loved the fenced in back yard.

Great place!

Booked this as a long term stay (~1 month) and really enjoyed the house! It was very comfortable and well equipped with all of the necessities. It’s centrally located and just a short drive away from stores and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive throughout my stay and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, perfect if you have a dog
