Jeff is a retired Spanish/ESL teacher from the USA. He studied at the Universidad de Costa Rica where he stayed with a Costa Rican host family. He started a travel agency before becoming the host of Villa Tiquicia. He speaks English and Spanish fluently. French at an intermediate level and German and Italian at a basic level.
