Remodeled Kirkwood Guest house

Welcome to our guest house! This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom living space is completely private and ready for your stay. It is equipped with a private balcony, full kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom with King bed, and one bathroom. The unit is located above our garage in the back of our property. There is also a patio area with chairs and a firepit that is open for use. Street parking is readily available. It's roughly a 15-20 min walk to downtown Kirkwood(around 1 mile) and about a 20 min drive to downtown STL.

Downtown Kirkwood is a quaint area full of restaurants and shops to explore. The Amtrak station is also very close!

Please note: There is a flight of stairs to get up to the unit. If you need assistance with luggage or anything, just ask!

Please park in the street, we do need access to our driveway. You can use the driveway for loading/unloading as needed.

Great place to stay

We needed a place in the Kirkwood area and stayed here two nights. The place was great with all the basics you'd need. The owner communicated well and responded quickly to a question after we arrived. The neighborhood is lovely, downtown Kirkwood is fantastic, and we were thankful for a quiet, cute place to stay.

Cute Guest House

Loved our stay in this cute guest house! Perfectly fit 3 adults and had everything we needed for our stay! The full kitchen was nice to be able to cook and a nice big living space to watch tv and hang out. The owners are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Would 100% stay again!

My friend and I loved our stay! This apartment is clean, comfortable, well stocked and in a great neighborhood. We loved walking to downtown Kirkwood and also found it to be an easy drive to other parts of the city. Ryan is a great host!

Amazing!!!

I came to St. Louis to visit a friend and booked here as it was close to where he lived. The neighborhood is spectacular and very close to a lot of things. Ryan and his family were the PERFECT hosts and the guest house is absolutely STUNNING! When I come back, this for sure will be the place that I stay!

Cozy Kirkwood

Looking for a super clean, organized and comfortable stay in Kirkwood? Look no further! Great kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom, plus a great location. Though only a 20 min drive from downtown St. Louis, this above-garage apartment is a very short 15-min walk to downtown Kirkwood, filled with cute shops and restaurants. Super easy check in / check out. Will continue to stay with Ryan and Kelly whenever we are in STL.

Beautiful apartment and location

The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The location is ideally locate within walking distance of downtown Kirkwood. The sidewalks and beautiful neighborhoods made it a joy to walk in the early morning and evenings. Communication with our host was always timely. My only reason for rating the accuracy of the online listing a 4 versus 5 is because the outdoor patio area shows prominently in the ad and it is definitely a patio associated with the owners home. While I am sure they would not have minded if we made use of the outdoor patio we would not have felt comfortable using it because of it's close association with their home.

We had a great stay in the Kirkwood guest house. The property was impeccably clean and in a beautiful area. It was a much nicer experience than a hotel. The owners were nearby and accessible, but respected privacy. It was such a nice weekend!
