Remodeled Kirkwood Guest house
Welcome to our guest house! This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom living space is completely private and ready for your stay. It is equipped with a private balcony, full kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom with King bed, and one bathroom. The unit is located above our garage in the back of our property. There is also a patio area with chairs and a firepit that is open for use. Street parking is readily available. It's roughly a 15-20 min walk to downtown Kirkwood(around 1 mile) and about a 20 min drive to downtown STL.
Downtown Kirkwood is a quaint area full of restaurants and shops to explore. The Amtrak station is also very close!

Please park in the street, we do need access to our driveway. You can use the driveway for loading/unloading as needed.

My wife and I have grown up in the St. Louis area almost our entire lives. We enjoy spending time with our 2 children, that you may see upon your stay. Our family loves a fun vacation either at the beach, hiking in the mountains or exploring a new town! We are also big fans of local breweries. Let us know if you need any tips!
